Zambia has waterfalls, rivers, and lots of large game areas that welcome safari guests. The country has natural areas that are almost untouched and small intimate safari camps offer guests an exclusive safari experience, far from the masses, but among lots of game. Zambia is definitely no more than cheap destination. It possesses the essence of wild Africa that in ancient times attracted explorers to search up the rivers and explore the unknown interior of the continent. What met and fascinated them made many of them put down roots.

Three mighty rivers, the Zambezi, Luangwa and Kafue, are very different in nature, but all form important water sources and frame national parks in Zambia.

Zambia is particularly known among safari enthusiasts for its walking safaris.
